‘Systemic change involves a comprehensive overhaul of a system to create lasting impact by reshaping system structures to address root issues. It acknowledges that mental and behavioural health stems from circumstances, not just disorders, and that systems need to evolve to support this….’
Individuals and families
When mental and behavioural health issues arise, they can impact not only the individual but also their families and loved ones. We understand the devastating impact that addiction and mental and behavioural health issues can have on parents, siblings and partners. Acknowledging the interconnectedness of family dynamics is fundamental to driving systemic change.
Systemic Changes provides comprehensive services designed to work with the individual and their families to build resilience, offer solutions and strengthen family bonds. Through one-on-one and family therapy, along with crisis intervention, we aim to empower individuals and families to heal relationships, embrace recovery, and move forward.
At Systemic Changes, we take the time to understand each client’s situation, ensuring that our bespoke plans are relevant and effective. By integrating various therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices, we create a comprehensive care plan that addresses the specific needs of those we serve.
How it works
Stage One
Our process begins by arranging a face-to-face meeting, where we listen closely to your needs, concerns, and goals. We understand that fully understanding your unique situation and building a trusting relationship may take more than one meeting, and we are committed to allowing the time necessary for you to feel comfortable and heard.
Following our initial meetings, we move into the assessment phase, designed to gather a holistic view of your needs, challenges, and goals. This includes a detailed intake session with our in-house psychologist. The assessment is structured to explore various aspects of your mental, emotional, and physical health, along with any relevant personal history that may inform your care.
Stage Two
We develop a personalised clinical care plan with recommendations tailored to your specific circumstances. From there, we assemble a dedicated and trusted care team around you, either collaborating with existing professionals or bringing in a new team to meet your needs.
The care team collaborates closely with the client to ensure adherence to the treatment plan. If in-patient care becomes necessary, we can arrange for admission to a private, exclusive facility. Additionally, we provide secure transportation
Stage Three
We coordinate all aspects of your treatment and provide a central point of contact between members of your family, your business, your staff and your wider healthcare team as required by you. All communications are maintained seamlessly and strictly confidential.
At Systemic Changes, we take care of the details, so that you can be free to focus on what’s most important – your own recovery – and get back on track as quickly as possible.
The journey to mental and behavioural wellness is not a solitary one. At Systemic Changes, we prioritise collaboration and open communication with our clients and their families. We create a supportive environment where individuals feel safe to express themselves and seek help. Our compassionate professionals are dedicated to guiding clients along their path to wellness, providing the support they need at every step.
If you, someone you know or a family member needs mental and behavioural health support, reach out to Systemic Changes today and take the first step towards a healthier, happier future.
