Coaching / Mentoring
At Systemic Changes we believe coaching is a supportive and empowering practice which enables individuals to take control of their lives and make positive changes. Our coaches offer guidance, encouragement, and practical strategies to enhance mental resilience, manage stress, and embed sustainable positive habits. Through a collaborative approach, coaching assists clients in setting achievable goals, identifying triggers, and developing coping mechanisms. Relapse prevention and long-term support are central, with a focus on building sustainable routines, accessing community resources, and continuous adjustment of care plans.
Our coaches work closely with clients to help them stay committed to their wellness goals. The coach will offer direction, emotional support and strategies for avoiding triggers to help individuals build healthy routines and communities that support long-term recovery. They can also provide practical help with tasks that could become overwhelming during early recovery, such as managing appointments, integrating into sober social circles, or re-entering the workforce.
For those in need of more intense, round-the-clock support, we can offer sober companions who may live with or spend significant time with the client, especially during high-risk situations or life transitions like leaving rehab, travel or high pressure social events. Our highly trained, discreet coaches offer real-time support to help clients maintain sobriety, navigate daily challenges, and avoid relapse by ensuring the individual remains in a safe and sober environment and learns to manage potential triggers and temptations.
We believe in thriving, not just surviving.
